Meet Soma!
Guess you could say she's a white fox demon
Her name is Hindi meaning "moon." Which I thought was perfect for her.
---
She was done using Copic pens and Colored pencils. Part of the bg is in pen but I mostly colored it in PhotoshopE.
It could have been better but my days been really ruff and exhausting...

the only critique I can offer is that the hair seem a bit too shiney for it to be natural 0.o; of course, blue hair isn't natural, so it may be intended
What drew me to this picture, is the absolutely cool mask! I love it! You seem to have researched your Japanese folklore when designing that mask.
The colors are very sweet, I love the juxtaposition of the warm colors and the cool colors. The details on her kimono are pleasant but not distracting. The glowiness is really cool too, from the shine on the little bands on the mask to the will-o-wisps in the background.
Thank you for proving to me that anime CAN be more than simply huge eyes and little mouths...it can also be beautiful.

Much love to my adoring fans.
Even more to the people who hate me.
